Exterior

Surrounded by large terraces and hectares of nature, including orange and olive groves, fig trees, and vines, this former agricultural "possessió" dates back to the 17th century. The villa is sitauted in a very private place in the mountainous area of the coast of Mallorca.

There are many terraces surrounding the villa, and one has a long, modernly stylish dining table that is a great place to enjoy a special meal with family and friends. After climbing a short set of stairs, there is an upper terrace that looks over the pool.The terrace is furnished with several very stylish chairs and couches, as well as a table set in the center. From this area you can look onto the beautiful groves of the estate or watch the sunset.

The pool area of the villa is truly one of the estate's greatest assets. The pool deck features two large and comfortable beds for relaxing under the shaded area as well as several deck chairs right next to the pool. The pool itself is heated by solar panels and lined on one side by the rustic stonework that is the trademark of the villa. This is truly the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun and surrounding nature.

Interior

The luxurious villa can accommodate 14 people and has seven bedrooms in total, and each either have two single beds, or one king or queen size bed. The bedrooms are decorated in a simple yet modern style, and all have great natural lighting and views of the surrounding beauty. Each bedroom has a bathroom that is styled with marble and glass and equipped with all of the most modern amenities.

The large estate has several different living rooms. Each one is large and open, and has several very comfortable chairs and couches. The villa has a great office area for working in a peaceful and quiet environment. There is a great little alcove inside the house with a natural stone table in the center; this is a great place to unwind and have a glass of wine with friends before dinner. There are two fully-equipped, ultra-modern kitchens with great lighting in the villa, and they are sue to delight any cooks.

The house has an oil press that has been around for hundreds of years, as well as an old chapel, and a flour mill. The villa has air conditioning or heating throughout the entire house, making this a great place to visit at any time of the year. There are two rooms with televisions and Wi-Fi in certain areas of the villa. Thee is a cleaning service daily in high season, and weekly in low.
