The villa has undergone an accurate restoration in 2006, and the owners themselves live next door in order to meet any guests needs: they own a small kitchen garden where they cultivate fruit and vegetables that can actually be purchased and enjoyed.

Interiors

It can accommodate up to 8 people (7+1) and it affords one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a fourth bedroom with a single sofa-bed (it is possible to add other extra single bed to sleep a child). It also features a lovely living-cum-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge with a fireplace and satellite TV, and three bathrooms.

It has a typical Ibizencan style; with thick stone walls and original wooden roof beams. The house also provides a washing machine, a safe, a BBQ area, a swimming pool and a jacuzzi surrounded by spectacular gardens and a wide terrace. There is also a play area for children.
